Top biological watchlist for Beagles

Track, learn, and act with confidence. From monthly medication reminders to analysing blood results, Blueprint gives you one trusted platform to manage your dog’s health and support a longer, healthier life.

1

Metabolic & Immune Function

Beagles have a strong predisposition to immune-mediated thyroid decline. Tracking hormonal drift helps you catch imbalance early, years before weight gain or coat changes appear.

2

Ear Health & Skin Barrier

Floppy ears create micro-environments prone to moisture and yeast. Proactive management of the microbiome is critical to preventing chronic otitis and inflammation.

3

Spinal Structure & Disc Health

Their long spine and energetic movement create early disc stress. Monitoring core strength and movement patterns helps identify instability before stiffness sets in.

The silent signals of a Beagle

Track, learn, and act with confidence. From monthly medication reminders to analysing blood results, Blueprint gives you one trusted platform to manage your dog’s health and support a longer, healthier life.

Tiny drops in energy or slight cold sensitivity can be early biological markers of thyroid decline, appearing even when standard checks look normal.

A faint waxy smell or occasional head shake indicates early immune activation, signaling otitis risk weeks before pain or discharge appears.

Small hesitations jumping into the car or reduced power on stairs are early signals of spinal stress, easily missed in such an active breed.

Low-grade rises in inflammation often precede ear disease or thyroid changes. Tracking silent drift markers catches risk before symptoms flare.

Beagles have endless sniffing stamina. A tiny drop in scent-drive duration is a specific early sign of metabolic imbalance or spinal fatigue.
